User Names
Your Equity Bank user name has been converted to our Internet banking vendor. Your login ID will be the lowest numbered account* you own. Your branch location and the Online Banking Department will have this information for you if you need assistance.
Passwords
A temporary password will be needed the first time you login.
Temporary Password Format:
!E (exclamation point and capital E) plus the last six digits of the primary social security number attached to the account.
Example: !E123456
When you have entered your temporary password, the system will automatically ask you to change your password. Your new password must contain between 7 and 10 characters and include at least 3 of the following: lowercase letter(s), digit(s) and special character(s). Please enter your password twice to ensure it has been typed correctly.

*Deposit accounts that are less than eight digits long will be converted to eight digits in length:
 | Account numbers consisting of 7 digits will have a prefix of five (5) added to the account. |
| Example: Equity Account Number 1234567 is now Franklin Account Number 51234567 |
| Account numbers consisting of 6 digits will have a prefix of fifty-five (55) added to the account. |
| Example: Equity Account Number 123456 is now Franklin Account Number 55123456 |
| Account numbers consisting of 5 digits or less will have a prefix of fifty-five and trailing zeros after the prefix to bring the account to eight digits. |
| Example: Equity Account Number 12345 is now Franklin Account Number 550123245 |
